Nomination
Does participating in the Fluxx Conference guarantee a win?
Participation in the Fluxx Conference does not guarantee a win. The selection process is entirely jury-led and merit-based, with winners determined by an independent panel of experts.
How was I invited to participate in the Fluxx Conference?
Invitations are extended based on extensive research conducted by our dedicated team in collaboration with a research unit. Selection criteria include industry recommendations, educational background, professional experience, notable achievements, and industry recognition. This rigorous evaluation ensures that only distinguished professionals are invited to participate.
Is there a limit to the number of categories one can apply for?
Yes, applicants may apply for a minimum of one category and a maximum of five categories. This limit applies to both individual and company submissions. The fee for submitting nominations to each category is USD 99.
If I apply for a custom category that no one else has applied for, will I automatically win?
No, applying in a custom category does not guarantee an award. Even if there are no other applicants, the jury reserves the right to reject an application if it does not meet the required criteria or standards. Awards are granted based solely on merit and alignment with the category’s specific requirements, not the absence of competition.
I have paid the nomination fee. What happens next?
Our nominations team will reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours to guide you through the next steps of the process.
How can I confirm that my nomination fee has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email once your nomination fee has been processed. If you do not receive an email, kindly contact us at nominations@fluxxconference.com.
