Fluxx Conference is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff. 1. Respect & Inclusion
• Treat everyone with respect, regardless of their background, industry, gender, race, religion, nationality, or abilities.
• Embrace diverse perspectives and engage in constructive, professional discussions.
• Discrimination, harassment, or any form of exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Professional Conduct
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, both in-person and online.
• Avoid disruptive behavior, excessive self-promotion, or any conduct that interferes with the experience of other attendees.
• Respect the confidentiality of discussions and intellectual property shared during the event.
3. Zero Tolerance for Harassment
• Harassment, including but not limited to verbal abuse, intimidation, inappropriate physical contact, or unwelcome advances, is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of discrimination or offensive language, whether directed at individuals or groups, will not be tolerated.
• If you experience or witness harassment, report it immediately to event organizers.
4. Ethical Networking & Business Integrity
• Engage in ethical networking practices—respect others’ time, boundaries, and professional interests.
• Avoid aggressive sales tactics, unauthorized solicitation, or spam messaging.
• Adhere to all local laws and venue regulations while conducting business at the conference.
5. Compliance & Reporting
• All attendees are expected to comply with these guidelines throughout the event.
• If you experience or witness a violation, please report it to conference staff or use the designated reporting channels.
• Fluxx Conference reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, expulsion, or legal intervention, if necessary.
Fraudulent Activity Policy
Fluxx Conference maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity and reserves the right to investigate and act against any attendee found engaging in deceptive practices.
Fraudulent behavior includes, but is not limited to:
• Misrepresenting oneself or another participant.
• Conducting financial transactions or exchanges without verified proof of funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or confidential information for personal or professional gain.
Additionally, we strictly prohibit spam in all forms. This includes unsolicited or disruptive messaging, distributing unapproved promotional materials, and any communications that invade another attendee’s privacy.
Fluxx Conference takes all reports of fraud, spam, or scam-related activities seriously. If you experience or witness such behavior, please report it immediately to event organizers.
