Cedric Singleton is a distinguished leader whose career spans military service, executive corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship. He began his professional journey as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army before moving into a remarkable 27-year career at Abbott Laboratories, where he held multiple senior commercial leadership roles.

His success continued at Carrier Global, where he served as Global Revenue Operations Director for the Enterprise Solutions division. Under his leadership, the business achieved significant growth, reflecting his ability to combine operational discipline with strategic commercial thinking.

Now retired from corporate leadership, Cedric is the Founder and CEO of Peak Performance Leadership Institute. Through keynotes, workshops, and coaching, he helps leaders and organizations master the mindset and leadership behaviors required for breakthrough performance. He also remains active in community leadership and continues mentoring across sectors.
