Fluxx Conference Refund Policy

At Fluxx Conference, all ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or travel disruptions. Additionally, any nomination fee paid during the Fluxx Conference is strictly non-refundable.

 

Ticket Transfers

 

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. To request a ticket transfer, please contact our team @ contact@fluxxconference.com with the new attendee’s full name and contact details.

 

Event Cancellation or Postponement

 

  1. In the unlikely event that Fluxx Conference is canceled by the organizers, attendees will receive full credit for a future event.
  2. If the conference is postponed, all registrations will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the new date does not work for you, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
