Confidential details provided during the nomination process will not be shared publicly without prior consent.

Winner Notifications and Attendance

Winners will be notified on the contact information provided during the nomination process. Notifications will include details of the award and the event.

Winners may be invited to attend the event at no cost; however, additional expenses, such as travel and accommodation, will not be covered unless explicitly stated.

Disqualification

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms, provides false information, or engages in unethical conduct.

Any attempt to influence judges or manipulate the process will result in immediate disqualification.
